"The Bone Sword" Facebook Discussion

I was fielding some “Bone Sword” questions on Facebook today and I thought I’d just conveniently copy off the discussion and post it here.  Sometimes I think you get a better sense of a work if you are privy to an organic discussion like this rather than something that’s a little bit more slowly thought out (and less spontaneous).

Also, I hope you all feel free to look me up on Facebook.  I try to make myself as available as possible…and answer as many emails and messages as I can.  I might not be timely (it sometimes takes a while to get everything done…like your whole LIFE!) but I make my best effort!
